Privacy notice
We ask only for what is needed to understand your inquiry. You choose whether to send the first message and when to share anything further.
RSAC uses your name, contact details, company, and general description to reply, assess scope, and prepare a proposal if you request one. We do not ask for sensitive information at first contact or use your details for campaigns without a separate choice. The full notice follows.
1. Controller

2. What we receive and how
We may receive your name, company, role or relationship to it, email, phone number, booking time, and general description of a challenge when you contact us by WhatsApp, email, or an appointment page. If you engage us, we request only what is needed for the proposal, service, and invoice through an agreed channel.
The form on this website prepares a message in your browser; RSAC does not receive or save it from the site. Opening the link with that prepared text transmits it to WhatsApp; RSAC receives it only if you also press send. Browser speech recognition, when available, may send audio to its own provider; RSAC does not receive or store that audio through this website. Do not include sensitive or third-party information at first contact.
3. Why we use the information
- Reply to your inquiry and arrange an introductory call.
- Check whether a service fits and prepare a proposal you requested.
- Deliver an agreed service, follow up, collect payment, and invoice where relevant.
- Handle requests about your information and meet applicable legal duties.
We will not use your contact information for unrelated newsletters or campaigns without obtaining the authorization required. To limit use, email contact@rsacsg.com.
4. Platforms and third parties
If you choose WhatsApp or a Google booking page, those platforms process information under their own notices. OpenAI hosts this website and, together with the email provider, may process technical data needed to operate it. This version does not install analytics or advertising cookies in the website code.
If you ask about International Lean Six Sigma training or certification, RSAC will not automatically forward your inquiry. We first explain what needs to be shared and request the relevant authorization. We will not publish your case, name, or results as a testimonial without permission.
5. Access, security, and retention
Access to inquiries and documents is limited to RSAC personnel who need them. Before receiving project files, we agree on the channel, purpose, and access. If your inquiry does not become an engagement, we keep the conversation under RSAC's control only while needed to respond and follow up, for no more than 90 days after the last contact. We then delete information no longer needed, unless a legal duty or pending request requires us to keep it. You may request earlier deletion. Service and billing records are kept for applicable legal periods.
6. Access, correction, deletion, and objection
To exercise your ARCO rights under Mexican law or withdraw consent, email contact@rsacsg.com with your name, a reply method, the right you wish to exercise, and the information concerned. We may request what is necessary to verify identity or representation. We respond within the legal time limits and, if the request is granted, carry out the corresponding action. You can also ask us to stop a nonessential use of your information.
7. Changes to this notice
The current version and its date will always be available on this page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will communicate it here and, where appropriate, through the contact channel you provided.
