Terms and conditions
What using this site means, how a service is confirmed, and what to know before sharing information or paying.
The website helps you choose a starting point. Before any engagement, RSAC confirms the scope, deliverables, final price, and conditions with you in writing. This page does not accept payments or files.
1. Who operates this website
RSAC Strategic Group services presented on this website are offered by TU OFICINA SERVICIOS DE ADMINISTRACION GENERAL SA DE CV. Address for correspondence: Avenida Juan Palomar y Arias 580, colonia Vallarta Universidad, C. P. 45110, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. The website content is informational and may be updated. An inquiry, introductory call, or use of the form does not by itself create a consulting engagement.
2. Services, prices, and scope
The RSAC Review covers one company or business unit, one specific economic issue, and one decision. Organize to Decide and the RSAC AI Opportunity Map have the limits and deliverables described in their sections. Displayed prices are in Mexican pesos and show applicable VAT separately.
Before accepting work, we confirm that your case fits the stated scope. If it requires additional units, sources, periods, interviews, data cleanup, or implementation, we provide a written proposal and price before starting. Stages following the Review are contracted separately.
If work reveals volume or requirements beyond the agreed scope, RSAC documents the difference. The client may receive the work within the agreed scope, with limitations and missing information stated, or approve a written extension of scope, timing, and price. We do not perform or charge for additional work without that approval.
International Lean Six Sigma provides its own training and certifications. Any partner discount is assessed case by case and applies only when confirmed in writing. It is not combined with other promotions unless the proposal expressly says so.
3. Engagement and payment
The free 15-minute introductory call checks fit and scope; it is not a diagnosis. If moving forward makes sense, RSAC sets out the service, required information, deliverables, timing, tax-inclusive amount, payment method, and change or cancellation conditions in writing. The engagement is formed under the accepted proposal.
This site does not process cards, payments, or payment receipts and does not request tax details at first contact. RSAC sends payment and invoicing instructions through an agreed channel. Verify the beneficiary before transferring funds and send any payment receipt only through the confirmed channel. Invoicing details are requested when contracting.
4. Project information and results
Our analysis depends on the information provided by the client and its limitations. If the evidence is insufficient to estimate a result, the deliverable will explain the gap and how to measure it; RSAC will not invent figures. A recommendation or projection does not guarantee future sales, savings, or cash flow. The client decides whether to implement and agrees separately on any implementation support.
Do not send payroll, bank statements, case files, or third-party personal data through the form or first message. Before receiving sensitive business information, we agree on its purpose, access, channel, and confidentiality terms. For the RSAC Review, the three-business-day delivery period starts once the session has taken place and the agreed information has been received. For other services, the schedule and conditions for starting are set out in the proposal.
5. External links and materials
Links to WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and International Lean Six Sigma open third-party services with their own terms and privacy notices. RSAC does not control their availability. The brands, text, images, and design on this website belong to their respective rights holders; their presence does not authorize copying or commercial use without permission.
A client's rights to use delivered files are specified in the applicable proposal or contract. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to users or clients by applicable law.
